HR doesn't have a sense of responsibility
The good thingsWork-life balance, the perfect place to learn, good management, and people. Almost all of the employee and approachable and patience
The challengesHR doesn't have a sense of responsibility. If you have something that you need from them, it takes a week or worst a month before they respond. It took 4 months before I got my last pay and documents after I resigned

Great people and culture but worst HR!!!
The good thingsGreat culture and people
The challengesHR are not performing well. If you have something you need from them, you always need to follow up at least twice or thrice. There is no initiative from them. I've got my last pay 5 months after I left the company after an endless follow-up.

    Equal parts fun and hectic
The good thingsEveryone is supportive - team members, trainers and fellow trainees. Training is outlined per week and is sufficient for the job at hand.
The challengesCustomers can be unpredictable - sometime friendly, sometimes irate. Shift changes from time to time so you'll have to adjust your body clock. You also have after hours work.

Center of Excellence - Enterprise Support
The good things- Company culture and core values as I feel that the companies trust to their employees - Opportunity to be trained and work abroad (Inter-company) - Trainings and certifications with expense covered by the company - Plenty of allowances, work environment before pandemic and WFH arrangement (during pandemic) - Many employee engagement programs (before pandemic) - The polite staffs (security guards, admins and housekeeping)
The challenges- The salary is average depending on the role and performance of course, but good for starters who's looking for career in cybersecurity - Work-life balance (depending on team/department/role) - During pandemic, the employee engagement program is lesser is no longer exciting

    Great Cybersecurity Company
The good thingsThe company cares for their employees especially now time of the pandemic. Several actions is in placed to make sure that all employees are safe and healthy. Added benefits also are given like electricity, they will pay for their employees vaccines.
The challengesThe challenges would be the challenges itself, coz one of the company's values is change, you need to cope up with it fast.

Not a really good working culture
The good thingsI didn't really enjoy working here.
The challengesUnfortunately seniors are not really supportive of excellent junior people. You can feel how the seniors felt threatened once the junior people are performing really well. Management is also filled with promises that they failed to deliver.

A good entry-level position when it comes to being an IT graduate.
The good thingsI just wanna say flat out that Trend Micro REALLY cares for their employees. I've learned so much and met a lot of really good people, the overall environment is friendly and professional at the same time. I worked here expecting to find co-workers that will help me improve, but instead I met my new families!
The challengesShifting schedule and after-work activities, that will be sometime deemed as almost mandatory. I'm the type of person that when I finish my work, I want to go directly home. But here, the environment or let's say the culture is really active. Too active.

    Cyber Security Career Investment
The good thingsIf you want to pursue a career in Cyber Security this the best place to start especially for fresh graduates even without experience. you will learn a lot and gain a lot experience. The benefits and salary is pretty high for entry level employees. Work place is fun as well same goes to the employees who are kind there.
The challengesScreening can be very challenging. The trainings are very challenging as well but very rewarding if done properly.
