    HR doesn't have a sense of responsibility
    The good thingsWork-life balance, the perfect place to learn, good management, and people. Almost all of the employee and approachable and patience
    The challengesHR doesn't have a sense of responsibility. If you have something that you need from them, it takes a week or worst a month before they respond. It took 4 months before I got my last pay and documents after I resigned

    Great people and culture but worst HR!!!

    The challengesHR are not performing well. If you have something you need from them, you always need to follow up at least twice or thrice. There is no initiative from them. I've got my last pay 5 months after I left the company after an endless follow-up.

    Great people but worst HR
    The good thingsGreat culture and people except for the HR. They are always delayed regarding important documents, you always need to follow up before you can get the document you need. I've got my last pay 5 months after I left the company.

    Not a really good working culture
    The good thingsI didn't really enjoy working here.
    The challengesUnfortunately seniors are not really supportive of excellent junior people. You can feel how the seniors felt threatened once the junior people are performing really well. Management is also filled with promises that they failed to deliver.

    Misleading interview
    The good thingsThe specific team I had was quite friendly There was cheap and decent food available to employees There was free exercise and recreational groups available
    The challengesRushed training Some training instructors weren't good Management doesn't seem to care about people HR doesn't seem to care about people

    A highlight of great experience to the point that you won't be having much problems with the job itself.
    The good thingsYou can learn a lot with regards to the field of networking since you deal with endpoint and gateway protection as well as analytics for various issues/problems that arise inside a network. You also get to experience a good working environment as your co-workers are there to support you and the company is willing to give you proper training to do your job with top performance.
    The challengesYou have to deal with a lot of customers with varying network architectures to resolve the issues that are present in their environment. You have to be flexible with your personality as you deal with various types of people on a day to day basis. There is also a bit of time pressure as you will be dealing with issues that should not be present in any given environment. You'll be pressure to give out a solution/work-around in order to resolve the issue being faced with.

    Very Nice Company & Good people to work with.
    The good thingsI really enjoyed working in Trend Micro, because of it's benefits & good people. The company provides in-house training and certification. I'm so glad that I've become part of this company for the last 2 years.
    The challengesThe role is very challenging and at the same time it is exciting, but I'm not really sure if there is a career growth in this company.
