My past experience at Trend MicroThe good thingsI enjoyed working with the bosses in this company. They really live the open door policy and are approachable, friendly, and show that they care. They also have a good employee engagement program when I was with the company several years back.
The challengesCompensation could be better. Though competition has become very aggressive for talent and it is difficult for companies to keep up sometimes. This is the case for Trend Micro.
