Don’t be fooled by what they promote in their ads.
The good thingsThey offered mental health assistance.
The challengesLow salary, hard to build a decent life or start a family. I applied because of the sign-on bonus, but… Bonuses, incentives or anything money-related are difficult for them to give. It feels like the company is very reluctant to release them. Lastly, trainers & supervisors tend to favor certain agents—usually those they socialize w/, like in the smoking area or during breaks.

Transcom gave me the chance to excel and do my best. While the salary wasn’t the most competitive, the lessons and experiences I gained made it all worth it.
The good thingsTranscom gave my the opportunity to excel and to give my best shot. It might not be competitive enough when it comes to salary, but the lesson and life experiences it gave me is all worth it
The challengesThe only issue i found with the company is salary not that competitive enough but it is above average and all worth it

Overall, as my first company, Transcom PH was truly a great starting point. It provided me with the experience and knowledge I needed as I progressed further in my professional career.
The good thingsThe team and the production floor—this is where I truly learned the value of teamwork.
The challengesIn terms of the work itself, I had no major issues. The only challenge I faced during my time here was the process of transitioning from an agent role to a back-office position.

Overall, for a first company to work for, Transcom PH really was a good start, it gave me all the experience and knowledge i needed as I went in deeper in my professional career.
The good thingsThe Team and the production floor, this is where I learned true teamwork.
The challengesIn terms of the work that I used to do, there was not any issue with it, the only challenge that I encountered here in this company was my probable transfer from being an agent going for a back office position.

My experience with Transom Worldwide was mixed, as while their customer service and platform were user-friendly, the lack of support for Six Sigma initiatives and career development bottlenecks hindered overall growth and progress.
The good thingsI had the opportunity to interact with Transom Worldwide, and there are certainly areas where they’ve shown promise. Their customer service team is generally responsive, and they do a good job of addressing initial inquiries. I was also impressed by their commitment to timely communications in some of my dealings with them. On top of this, the user experience in their online platform is easy to navigate, which makes interacting with their services a bit smoother. In addition, their team members have always been polite and friendly, which adds to a professional tone in their dealings. While there are areas of improvement in certain aspects of the service, the positive aspects mentioned made my experience a bit more manageable
The challengesI recently worked with Transom Worldwide and encountered both positive aspects as well as several challenges that could hinder long-term growth. On the positive side, I appreciate their responsive customer service team and the ease of navigating their online platform. The employees are generally friendly, and there seems to be an effort towards maintaining professional communication. However, some key challenges really stood out during my time with the company. One of the major roadblocks I faced is the lack of support for continuous improvement initiatives. As an organization that is relatively new to Six Sigma, there’s a noticeable lack of buy-in from key stakeholders. This makes it difficult to implement and promote process improvement ideas across departments, slowing down efforts to innovate and optimize processes. The resistance to change seems to be a consistent barrier, as few employees truly support or understand the long-term value of initiatives like Six Sigma. In addition, the company appears to have a clear bottleneck in career development. The career paths seem to be either underdeveloped or have limited upward mobility, with few opportunities for growth or advancement. As a result, top talent may become disillusioned and look for growth opportunities elsewhere. The lack of structured mentorship or pathways to senior roles is definitely an area that needs attention to retain key personnel and motivate employees in the long term. Despite these challenges, the company could greatly benefit from establishing a culture that is more open to innovation, focusing on professional development, and taking a more supportive stance on initiatives like Six Sigma. With improvements in these areas, Transom Worldwide has the potential to build a stronger, more efficient, and more engaged workforce

The place that hone your inner talent and keep you on the job!
The good thingsThe bosses are easy to approach even the director. Most of the time they have been checking you and persuade you to check especially your health. I loved the engagement team they are so perfect on that position. I loved the sportfest and the Annual Thanksgiving activities.

Independence with individual professional and interpersonal growth
The good thingsWorking at Transcom allows you to be flexible, not only in time management but also in socializing with your supervisors and coworkers. Transcom also provides many opportunities for me to broaden my interpersonal development, especially when I am able to freely communicate, provide customer care, and give resolution to customers concerns, as well as give satisfaction with their overall experiences every time they are rectifying things or issues that they have, which enables growth and professionalism on my behalf.
The challengesThe challenges in this working environment are not directed at higher management or employees; rather, they are directed at the tools that the company uses in providing resolution to customers, which can come in handy at times. However, the good thing about this one is that the company always seeks approval, opinions, and suggestions from their employees and is also urgent in addressing those concerns and finding ways to fix or solve them for the betterment of the company and employees.
