    It's Great and enjoyable
    The good thingsI enjoyed working with Transcom because I learned a lot specially in handling customers .
    The challengesChallenges that I've remember is when I'm still a fresher , cause I don't have experience yet but with the guidance of our trainer and my perseverance I eventually conquer the challenge which is to handle irate customer.
