    Working in a professional environment
The good thingsThe company taught me how to be professional. Discipline was one of the values learned during my stay. Strict implementation of rules and consistency of Managers in showing exemplary performance for their respective departments are one of the few reasons why I love the company. Learning is fun with the group. I can say that this company really value their employees through different activities.
The challengesFor me, as a new team member and originally based in Baguio, number one challenge is of course the environment. From a super cold Baguio weather to a hot climate. Next challenge is adapting to a real corporate world. At first I have difficulty in adapting to change but eventually I learned its value.
