The company provided a supportive environment that trusted me with significant responsibilities and allowed me to develop leadership, strategy, and problem-solving skills over the years.
    The challengesAfter many years in the same position, I felt there was room to improve in terms of career progression and role advancement. I’m grateful for the trust and the range of tasks I handled as a Team Leader, but at times the workload grew beyond the position level. Providing clearer paths for promotion and balancing responsibilities with title progression would further motivate and retain long-term employees.
