    HistoryForms Corporation of Asia was rendered from a sound of a famous Chinese name. It was founded by Hofillo Lim in Iloilo on 1934 and started its operation with two employees, one operator and one typesetter and its operations, with one Minerva and lead characters.On May of 1935, Hofillo Lim together with his son, Joseph Lim, transferred the business to Manila and later revised its company name to Tone Guide Press, Inc. from its original 13 letters name.In January of 1987 Joseph Lim bought all stock shares of his brother so it became a family business managed by his eldest son, William Lim, the first Chief Executive Officer of the company. Then later founded Forms Corporation of Asia (FCA), a TGPI affiliate company, established in January of 1987 to print continuous forms.Both companies have had grown to be a showcase of state-of-the-art printing facilities. With their extensive capabilities in both sheet-fed and web printing, TGPI and FCA have earned their reputation in servicing the security printing needs of the country's major banking, commercial, industrial and government sectors.It is also accredited by the BAP (Banker's Association of the Philippines) and other leading commercial printer. Managed by a group of dedicated and service oriented professionals, these companies ensure that all employees are highly qualified, properly trained and are goal-oriented.Moreover, proper motivational factors for success in the workplace are constantly formulated and implemented. Constant communication and close coordination among work groups, considered to be requisites of high level performance, are meticulously monitored to ensure optimal productivity.     The good thingsThe premises is safe because of heavily guarded. The work schedule is compressed (5 days a week).
