Best workplace in my entire career so far! Amazing culture!The good thingsTop things for me are the virtual-first setup, competitive pay, culture and benefits. I love that it gives me the flexibility to work from home and anywhere in the PH which allows me be a hands on parent too while also progress in my career. The benefits were well-thought out - love the remote work support allowance - it really speaks to how they take care of their employees outside of work. And last but definitely not the least, the culture is amazing - I get to do challenging work and be surrounded by talented and kind people, which is very rare to find nowadays!
The challengesThere can be times when there's so much work to be done - not all year round - which is nice for my growth but sometimes can be stretched too thinly, given the lean team and startup culture. It has it's pros and cons. :)
