    Very Sad
The good thingsThe work is easy, and you will get many benefits that other companies do not offer. The working stations are clean and well-maintained, and there is Free Wi-Fi, Fresh Milk, and Tea. Free Parking for E-Bikes and Bike also provides Transpo Reimbursement if you work onsite as they offer Hybrid.
The challengesThe Management in our department does not care if you have good attendance and if you love your work. The team already raise that there is a problem with the Leads but instead of helping us or assist us on how to resolved the issue they just told us that this is an skill issue from us BDR. While the HR will get your feedback then they will just advise that there is nothing they can do. Do not apply for a BDR as the Higher Management do not care about your skill if you cannot pass the uncontrollable metrics. The leads is redundant and they will blame the employee of not hitting the targets even if this is the business fault they will never accept that the leads are the problem. They also dont provide new campaigns to help us and this is the reason why we are low volume of leads. The Convert of your appointment will be at your fault if the offshore sales agent cannot make it a sale. Most of the offshore sales agent also do not attend the meeting due to their personal reason within the working hours. There is no perfect company but I hope you provide consideration on the situation that it is already known as a business fault instead of blaming the employee. You will not have a stable job on the marketing team here in Thomson Reuters as they will just kick you out if you cannot reach your quota even due to low volume of leads and redundant leads that you will receive. They will only see you as a number not a person.

The good thingsWorking here is easy, lots of benefits.
The challengesUncontrollable metrics, It will be a hit on us BDRs if the Offshore Sales Agent doesn't make it a sale. We keep on adjusting the appointments for our customers because of the lame reasons of the Offshore Sales Agents and so the customers get irritated and will not be interested anymore. Also the Commission is low. Supervisors prefer kiss-ass employees rather than those who work honestly and hit quotas. HR will not side with the employees but with the Managers. Now the the top agents are resigning as well because of the low volume of leads. I saw agents giving out gifts, food etc. to our supervisor for leverage and for them to be liked by the supervisor. Some of the employees here doesn't respect the guards and the maintenance.

Well-established company culture, and great for fresh graduates
The good things- Great company culture and people. - Supportive teammates and reliable hr department. - Great benefits, but HMO could be improved. They also provide mental day off for their employees - Flexible schedule and lots of leave privileges.
The challenges- Starting salary is fresh-grad friendly, but annual appraisal is low. - The work becomes overwhelming when there's a shortage of people in the team. - Not really a con, but you may find it challenging if your not used to doing routine work.

Good starting point, but don't expect to grow here
The good thingsExcellent work-life balance, good benefits if you stay long with the company,
The challengesvirtually no growth in career, average salary, and no matter how well you do on your workflow, you'll only received an 'achieved' rating.
