The challengesI am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the recruitment process I experienced with your company. After passing the initial screening, I did not receive any feedback from the company regarding my application status.
I understand that the recruitment process can be lengthy and competitive, but I expected at least a basic courtesy of a response after completing the required steps. Unfortunately, my messages to the recruiter were seen but not responded to, which left me feeling disrespected and undervalued as a candidate.
This lack of communication has left a negative impression of your company and its recruitment process. As a potential employee, I would have appreciated the opportunity to receive feedback or clarification regarding my application status. Instead, I decided to withdrew my application with a feeling of uncertainty and frustration.
