Great learning and experience from the worst situation.
The good thingsSalary and mandatory benefits are on time. You will really learn about operations, retail, leadership, and customer service.
The challengesUnprofessional, no work-life balance, the worst office politics, no proper training for your job function.

    Great Work Environment
The good thingsWorkmates are well-trained professionals with pleasing personalities, office provide necessities for work efficiency and effectivity, and tasks are divided equally for ease in management.
The challengesResignation rate is higher compared to the employment rate. After pandemic, the company decided to allow employees with 20 years of service and above to retire. Due to this fact, the workload of those veterans are now given to other employees which lead to additional stress and eventually made the employees to resign.

It was great to work in this company because of so many potential for growth.
The good thingsCamaraderie especially if you are under with HO.
The challengesChain of command. Roles not clearly defined. I supposed that if you are an IT even if you are stationed in the branch, directives should come from IT head office not from branch operations.
