    To work in a leading company in thevretail industry is such an honor and privilege. The company trains , develop and nuture employees who responsibly dedicate theirbtime and effort to the company in exchange for a standard and well compensation.
    The good thingsIn the process of working in SM I got the well sought privilege to be trained, develop and mentored by very good leaders / managers ahead of me. Consequently, I paid forward by doing the same to young employees under my care coming from diverse culture, family, educational orientation and together worked as a team to achieve our goals ( both the conpany and as individuals).
    The challengesAll kind of work have challenges . To work in a SM owned company entails sales targets, comprehensive reports , execution of Marketing and display depts' new guidelines and directions , maintaining a well balanced, condusive environment both for customers and employees oftentimes are evident of pressures, but with proper teamwork the work required gets to be done effectively.

    The good thingsWorkmates are well-trained professionals with pleasing personalities, office provide necessities for work efficiency and effectivity, and tasks are divided equally for ease in management.
    The challengesResignation rate is higher compared to the employment rate. After pandemic, the company decided to allow employees with 20 years of service and above to retire. Due to this fact, the workload of those veterans are now given to other employees which lead to additional stress and eventually made the employees to resign.
