    Knowledge wise, this is one of the perfect jobs
    The good thingsMeeting new people from different races and making friends with them. Learning different cultures just by studying coffee and tea, how they are produced and where they came from.
    The challengesThe challenges is when a lot of guests are coming in and orders are filling up. Peak hours requires speed while maintaining SOP's for food and drink preparations and ensure quality.
