    I found this company incompetent
    The good thingsIncentives because I consistently hit the target per month
    The challengesThey need to focus on being consistent in professionalism as well as making sure their team members are equally treated. I had experience of being accused without validation and that I had evidence to prove that they accused me falsely. Plus they do not have trainings to improve their people.

    Owners have a lot to learn about agencies and digital marketing, team too lean for demands.
    The good thingsGood HR. The only good I can think of so far while being engaged with the company and the only part of the company with process.
    The challengesToo many accounts for a lean team. Owners are overpromising for a team that is still growing and not that technical yet. Owners also expect too much in servicing clients, it's undermining expertise and lets being a "yes man" take over which obviously isn't the key way to keep clients.

    Awesome and Welcoming Culture
    The good thingsThe best thing I have to say about the company is that, because of the workflow being organized and the company DNA being on different manuscripts, It was easy for me to get into flow and culture of the company.
    The challengesAlthough getting in to the company was easy, there are still a lot of room for improvement. Making some parts the onboarding process more concise and in video form might make the process smoother.

    THE COMPANY OF THE FUTURE
    The good thingsA week since I've joined the company, I can already say that Augmen Digital was the best company I've worked with in my entire life so far. There's so many things to mention on why Augmen is the best company to work with but the number 1 reason why I highly recommend working with Augmen is because of its CORE VALUES. The company owner has the mindset of encouraging everyone to be the best version of ourselves and to have a clear vision about our lives. Augmen also outlines all of the processes that the company is doing on a daily basis because the company consider us as a partner and not an employee. They also consider if you're a newbie but you have to prove to them that you're trustworthy. The company also provides a lot of trainings so you will not be bored of doing things just the way it is. Thus, this make us very productive every single day and develop our self-awareness to achieve all our goals in our lives. Also, all of the people in the company are very approachable and friendly so you won't feel that you're working remotely. And lastly, I love the principle of the company where it states "This is why we do what we do and where we want to be in the next ten years"
    The challengesThere's a lot of challenges every single day especially if you don't have any experience on your specific role. But the great part there is you will have the opportunity of growing in time so you just have to take all things seriously and love the process as time goes by.

    Great Company Where You'd Feel Connected With Everyone
    The good thingsA month since I've joined the company, I felt like I truly can communicate and learn through everyone in the company. Augmen really places an importance with constantly communicating, and value your opinions and questions with the roll given to you. I appreciate how I am able to learn as well on how to be better in my role as a copywriter. For the first time, I actually do now have a good work-life balance. The benefits of working from home puts not only my mind at ease, but also my family's. Overall, I'm liking the experience so far, especially with working with my team.
    The challengesIt'd be nice to meet physically with the other members of Augmen, but given the circumstances of the pandemic, it won't happen soon.

    The good thingsAutonomy, Mastery, and Purpose - these are the things that motivates me as an individual (and maybe as a typical Millennial), and I think that this Company did so well in showing and communicating these three aspects. So far, working here doesn't feel like being controlled by anyone (autonomy). We are encouraged to voice our opinions, share our insights, and solve problems. These lead to mastery where we feel we're using our full potential, stretch our limits, and continuously grow. And at the end of the day, we feel that our work here truly matters, creates impact, and fits to the overall purpose of the organization. Truly, Augmen is Amazing!! Augmen Digital is Growth!!! Proud to be part of this Company!!!
    The challengesProcesses and systems are still evolving. Learning the different systems and applications may take some time especially for newbies. But when you become proficient with them, productivity surely increases.

    The good thingsMy first month here has been fantastic. The general atmosphere is one of openness, where opinions can be shared, heard and discussed to identify the optimal solution. There is not a feeling of hierarchy but more of a flat structure.
    The challengesSo far so good with regards to challenges at Augmen Digital. Any day-to-day issues are resolved very quickly, response time is fantastic.

    The good thingsAugmen Digital allows each Partner to be who they are, to have their own learning pace, and to have their share of responsibility. The company determines and provides the necessary tools and materials for each Partner's needs. You will be put to the test to be and continually be the best version of yourself.
    The challengesTheir complex systems are well structured and you have to readily absorb all the information regarding it. It will take some time to fully grasp but once you get the hang of it, you'll be able to do more than operating the systems - redesigning.

    A Company That Values Life
    The good things-We all have dreams and careers that we want to pursue. Augmen Digital does not hinder or stop you from achieving them. Unlike other jobs where you give all your time working for them and you can't spend even a bit of time in building or progressing your personal dream/goals. In Augmen, their workload is enough for you to accomplish in less than 6 hours. They don't demand much of your time and you're never given extra work unless you choose to have some because they value your life and the things that you have to do outside of work. A month old here, I really saw myself improving on my creativity. Their training is thoughtfully structured in a way where you're constantly improving without that much pressure or stress. They improve your skill set and abilities, they value making their employers better overall more than getting the results they want. -You're free to go in and out anytime you want so long you finish your tasks! No need to stress out of being late or getting home at rush hours. Do your job whenever! But of course you gotta hit deadlines, that's a no-brainer. -Everyone treats you like family! Not a worker, not an employee but a brother/sister. No one puts you down when you perform bad, instead they encourage you and help you find which areas need improvement. -SUPER FUN. Yes, in Augmen, we play board games, video games and other fun activities. Again, it's not ALL about work. To sum everything up, If you're looking for a company that values your personal dreams/goals, improves your skill set and abilities, not be bound by a fixed schedule and gives you the true purpose of what 'working' is then Augmen Digital is definitely the company to look for.
    The challengesThe company uses a very organized but quite complex structured workflow. It may be hard to follow at first but eventually you'll get used to it. They'll help you get through it but I think it would be better if they have a more in-depth tutorial on doing their workflow.

    The good thingsI think the small but relevant thing that sets Augmen apart from other companies is what everyone here calls each other: partners. Everyone is treated equally, information and emotions are communicated openly. Overall it sums up to awesome working experience.
    The challengesThe challenge really is to grow, but what's great is that everyone is undergoing this process with you. It's a company that's always looking for ways to improve and move forward while making sure no one is left behind.

    The good thingsThe company values people well and has so many benefits to keep their people happy. Other than the usual government-mandated benefits, you have access to world-class courses that help you improve your skills. The work is challenging but fulfilling as well. The management team makes it a point to tie the vision of the company to your work.
    The challengesIt's definitely a challenge. You are challenged to perform at your best and although this leads to pressure, it helps you become a better person overall. You also have the ability to say if you're overworked and the company finds ways to make sure you're not burned out. They acknowledge that and wants you to perform at your best. Very results focused. No bureaucracy.

    I Think I Found the Right Job for Me :D
    The good thingsFrom the moment I applied for this job to the moment I stepped into the office, all I felt was a warm welcome from the people at Augmen Digital. What was great about this opportunity was that I was able to learn more about Marketing, specifically Digital Marketing, with the training that they provided and I'm constantly learning every day throughout this whole work experience. Most of all, most days don't even feel like work because the work environment and the people are very fun.
    The challengesSince every day is a constant learning process, the challenge is trying to incorporate what I've learned into my work. Luckily, the team is always there to help me out with whatever concepts I have difficulties with and we always strive to help each other out as much as we can so we can continue to grow and become better at our craft.

    Truly awesome!
    The good thingsOne month in and I've already learned and gained very useful skills with Augmen Digital! I never knew that would be possible for me but the company really believed I can do it. They invest a lot for my growth and I'm truly grateful for that. To top it all off, the team is really fun to work with. There's never a boring day with these people.
    The challengesThere's always something new in this industry so it's hard to keep up sometimes. But the good thing about it is, we all work together to come up with solutions and strategies. Everyone is involved in the process and that's true teamwork right there.

    A Company That Believes In Its Partners' Development And Growth
    The good thingsWorking at Augmen Digital is great mostly because of the supportive environment that's been instilled through the culture and principles its Partners live by. The people support each other, celebrate each other's wins, and the company provides the resources for each person to grow as much as they can for their own development.
    The challengesBeing a relatively new business, a lot of things still lack process and systems. Things are figured out on the go, and can lead to stressful situations as we try to fix things while we grow. We're currently a small team for now as well, so there's not many people you get to interact with and socialize on the day-to-day.

    Learning Experience
    The good thingsI really learned a lot here in Augmen Digital. I just started working here but the amount of things that I have learned are amazing in such a short period of time. Of course all of these would not have been possible if I didn't have the mindset of wanting to learn and opening my mind to all the ideas and possibilities out there. Speaking about the company itself, it is also very flexible and new to me. It runs differently from other companies and this is what makes it even more amazing. Very transparent and supportive of their Partners (us) which makes it all better. I am very honored and proud to be a part of this growing team :)
    The challengesIt may be hard trying to adjust and take in everything that will be given since everything is new. But then again it will all depend on how you wire yourself to see things and absorb it. The company stated clearly that once you are here, you should be willing to learn and be open minded to new ideas. And that willingness to learn will be the key for you to face the challenges that you will encounter in your work.

    The good thingsDo you want to learn a lot of things while getting paid at the same time? Do you want to be in a company that's growing very fast? Or do you simply want to excel in marketing? If you answered YES! to all of these questions, and you think you have what it takes to be a part of this company . . then this is definitely for you.
    The challengesThe challenge is pushing yourself everyday to become better at what you do. With the right work ethic, this is absolutely doable.
