    I found this company incompetent
    The good thingsIncentives because I consistently hit the target per month
    The challengesThey need to focus on being consistent in professionalism as well as making sure their team members are equally treated. I had experience of being accused without validation and that I had evidence to prove that they accused me falsely. Plus they do not have trainings to improve their people.

    Owners have a lot to learn about agencies and digital marketing, team too lean for demands.
    The good thingsGood HR. The only good I can think of so far while being engaged with the company and the only part of the company with process.
    The challengesToo many accounts for a lean team. Owners are overpromising for a team that is still growing and not that technical yet. Owners also expect too much in servicing clients, it's undermining expertise and lets being a "yes man" take over which obviously isn't the key way to keep clients.
