    The good thingsThe company has a good management team and pretty descent Policies & Procedure. The company also provides a lot of benefits (HMO, Life Insurance,etc), allowances, and incentives. It also never fails to organize and manage events for work-life balance. It also has Socio-Civic activities to help those in need in the community.

    The good thingsMany trainings which are company sponsored; We have a company pharmacy where you can buy vitamins and medicines at discounted rates; We also have the TELUS International University where you can continue on getting a college education with classes being held inside the company.
    The challengesWe had performance incentives before through cash but it was replaced by points in an online store and the items in the store are way expensive. The pay is not that high if you compare my position with other call centers. Some bosses are very demanding and I sometimes work on overtime without additional pay.
