    Overall, TIP has been the best company I've worked for.
    The good thingsThe management in TIP is very lenient. IT considers you as a human being as they suppose to and someone that can be replaced immediately.
    The challengesThe company has a lot of benefits that it provides to its employees but due to the ongoing inflation, I think the company should consider providing a bit more compensation so its employees can keep up.

    The challengesSo, I applied for a higher position and passed both client interview and technical assessment then 2 weeks later, they decided not to push my application further without any logical reason. They should have failed me first hand during the client interview without leading me to hope for nothing.

    The good thingsI am absolutely thrilled with the entire experience. From start to finish, they exceeded my expectations in every way possible. The team that I was assigned to was really awesome, they really are a team player. They always help each other whenever one of the team members is having trouble with their task. I really learned a lot of skills during my entire employment duration under Telus, soft and hard skills. Your efforts will not be wasted because they will appreciate it all, no matter how small or big it was. They will give constant recognition to their employees (This may depend on the manager that you will be assigned to). Their clients are also really awesome and you won't be intimidated to be working with them. They will also see your efforts and will verbally commend you for all your hard work.
    The challengesI can't think of any challenges other than the time that they required me to work, which is the graveyard shift.

    The good thingsI enjoyed working with my team mates who became my best friends, I like the trainings and huddle times, I enjoyed the freebies and Telus treats, I enjoyed the theme days, outreach programs, the annual rec events, also the annual merit increase.
    The challengesIt's the Workload. Also the changes inside LOB, its not just going to be plain CSR designation at the start but could be transferred to different support like tech or retention etc.
