    The good thingsGood coordination and team bond with co-employee in the bottom but the leaders and its managers are not good at all.
    The challenges1. No Job offer and specific job role before and during being hired. 2. No proper Orientation and Safety induction upon being hired. 3. Contracts and salary are delay. 4. Only one (1) day rest day a week. 5. No proper handling of employees.
