    The challengesSlow management, lack of management guidance. No career growth Low compensation, Very poor HR serivice. HMO not very useful Delayed salary, 5 paid leaves a year!

    The good thingsNo good things at all. Heads and managers are disrespectful also the HR is very slow minded.

    The good thingsGood coordination and team bond with co-employee in the bottom but the leaders and its managers are not good at all.
    The challenges1. No Job offer and specific job role before and during being hired. 2. No proper Orientation and Safety induction upon being hired. 3. Contracts and salary are delay. 4. Only one (1) day rest day a week. 5. No proper handling of employees.

    Helpful and a very IT informative.
    The good thingsOur CEO is very accommodating and a very hands-on boss. Very kind to employees specially if you're hardworking. Co-workers are very friendly and are easy to get to know and befriend with. No delay with the salary! Benefits included eg. Philhealth and SSS. Also gives vacation/team building activities yearly for free.
    The challengesYou need to be diligent with the work accompanied here. Perseverance, sometimes your work need you to go overtime in as late as 3AM in the morning. Also be understanding with the sudden changes of your work schedules.
