    The good thingsThis is the kind of work with less stress. Bosses are very pleasing and friendly. They are very considerate and will help you grow as a whole, not only, the bosses are nice to be with but the the people working in it is also great! So you can say all in all, working here could be a good decision for you.
    The challengesChallenges is always a part of any company. Basic challenges you will experience in this company is that if you are not comfortable on an account that has a quota, you will have a hard time dealing with stress but other than that if you like working night shifts this could be a great job for you.
