The role allows me to foresee issues, act proactively, and ensure smooth service delivery. Ultimately, it's fulfilling to know that my work not only improves performance metrics but also supports agents and enhances the customer experience.

These can impact service levels and overall performance. To manage them, I monitor live data closely, adjust staffing or schedules in real time, and coordinate quickly with team leads and operations. I also rely on clear communication tools and prioritize key metrics to stay focused. While the role is fast-paced and demanding, quick thinking and strong collaboration help solve issues effectively.

    The challengesOne of the main challenges I faced was managing my time effectively, especially during the first few days. It was difficult to balance tasks and adjust to the workflow. However, as days went by, I was able to adapt and improve my time management. This helped me become more efficient and confident in handling responsibilities.
