    I will not recommend this company to anyone
    The good thingsNo good things, they let me do assessment and waste my time.
    The challengesI applied for a specific job role with Sutherland and was invited to visit their site. However, when I arrived, I was told that the role I applied for was already closed. Instead, they offered me a completely different position that I had not applied or prepared for. This came across as unprofessional and a waste of time since there was no prior notice about the closure of the original job role. Applicants deserve transparency and proper communication regarding job availability to make informed decisions before attending interviews. I hope the company improves its recruitment process and provides clearer updates to applicants in the future.

    Good place for BPO newbies
    The good thingsOverall, the training and materials used for newly hired agents are complete. They have different learning modules and resources to help better understand the service/process/client's product. So far, the Team Managers that have supervised me are kind and focused on individual growth of their agents
    The challengesLate announcement/notice of shifting schedules. Already planned errands for the day off, and then suddenly you have to report to work on the expected date of your day off.

    Good only for starting in BPO, don't have retirement benefits. Not recommendable in staying for long, no career improvement.
    The good thingsThe salary is good depending on the account that you will handled.
    The challengesThe management is power tripping, they have favoritism, again, depends on the account. They only promotes people which don't deserve, and there are alot of people can actually much better compare to them. No work-life balance. Toxic people.

    Working here was so great and highly recommended as long as you know how to handle stress and pressure . But overall is good. Its normal to have a stress and pressure on this kind of work.It was very good as compared to other company and paying benefits on time.

    The good thingsI learned a lot from this company, My Co employee are reliable the management is awesome, They are very understanding and they trust me with the equipments.
    The challengesI had to return back my equipment because, I am having hard time returning it, but they are pretty good at communicating with me, they find a place to figure it out how to get their equipment at my place.

    Awesome Pioneer Account
    The good thingsThey will train you to be experts before you train other people, very accessible to my place and competitive benefits and salary. Very promising telco experience both frontline and support. People from HR Talent and Acquisitions team to your immediate and the clients are exciting to work with. The overall campaign is structured from hiring to production. This is for the BGC location.
    The challengesPantry has small space and a bit crowded. It takes a month before you get your HMO card. It takes about a week before you get your ID and badge.
