    It was nice working until our added up workload that was not included in our contract and no adjustment on the salary made. It would be nice to work longer in a company that values the welfare of their employees as well.
    The good thingsI learned a lot especially handling complicated and technical issues as well as irate customers.
    The challengesAt first you have to be fsmikiarized with the tools to be able to meet the required monthly passing scores.Especially when you were on top and umexpectedly got one zeto (0) score, monthly status sudden dropped and you have to work hard to be able to pass.
