    The good thingsThe good things in Sutherland are the people, the management and the values they are implementing. The company also secure that employees are not just getting right salary but also making sure that their employees are happy.
    The challengesNot from the company but the set up now that we are in a pandemic state and I think all companies are affected. No challenges so far with the company

    Accepting Nature regardless of Background, but Skills should match oneself
    The good thingsThey accepted my application with zero experience, and taught and built me up what it means to be in BPO
    The challengesI was Contractual due to personal circumstances but if allowed, a lot of the newly tenured flourished and is paid well and maybe I could follow suit also
