    I had a great experience working in sutherland. It was my very first BPO company and even though i just graduated high school the have hired me to an account that needs to have a medical knowledge.

    About Sutherland Global Services
    The good things1. We work as a team and a family 2. The management is superb when it comes to decision making and plans for the company 3. The company has lots of security guards on duty so basically you feel comfortable, secured and at peace. 4, The career growth is average 5. The HR team staff are remarkable. 6. The Recruitment team is at its best when it comes to hiring top caliber employees.
    The challenges1. The salary isn't that high compared to other BPO companies. 2. The HMO(health card) benefits is not that good because you will be the one who's gonna pay for your dependents unlike other BPO companies. 3. There's no free coffee on the production floor. 4. There are no company buses that can fetch employees during rainy seasons.
