    Overall I am grateful that Sutherland gave me the opportunity to be a Customer Service Representative and I will forever treasure the time I have worked there.
    The good thingsThe company is very considerate when it comes to hiring newbies without experience and even if you are undergraduate you are welcome to apply. They also provide training that equips new hires to be ready to be endorsed to the production.
    The challengesI find the hybrid role very challenging.
