The good thingsSecurity of tenure and the salary is fair enough for my family's needs. Conducive working environment with good people around and most of all with a kind and easy to get along boss 😉
The challengesToo much cases to be heard everyday. I cannot easily file a leave of absence due to the demand of my position of being a court Interpreter. If there is a need that I can't go for work, my immediate superior will take my place.
