Average Compensation - Lots of Monetary Bonuses
The good thingsBenefits, average to high compensation, Manageable tasks which get loaded over the number of raffled cases over time supporting ecosystem for a law student/lawyer aspirant
The challengesIn-house politics Unprofessional setting (depends on the branch) Limited HMO capacity extending to 0 family dependent/s (you need to enroll them independently for hight cost per pax) no area for promotion unless you apply for another position not based on performance even if they have in house evaluation palakasan system sipsipan

Developed my communication skills and experience in the court room everyday.
The good thingsSecurity of tenure and the salary is fair enough for my family's needs. Conducive working environment with good people around and most of all with a kind and easy to get along boss 😉
The challengesToo much cases to be heard everyday. I cannot easily file a leave of absence due to the demand of my position of being a court Interpreter. If there is a need that I can't go for work, my immediate superior will take my place.

    Above average. Stable income.
The good thingsBenefits and allowances are better than other government agencies. Stress is manageable especially if there is an effective system of doing things. Otherwise, it is so stressful especially the preparation of reports.
The challengesFor lawyers, career growth within the agency is not so much attractive. Lawyers could be stuck in a position for a while unless they find employment elsewhere.

Service in the Balancing of Justice
The good thingsThere is a lot of room for character growth because the essence of the institution is justice and public service. The Justices and Chiefs of Office make sure that every individual is in utmost understanding that the integrity of the High Court to the public perception must work along side with the dispensation of justice and public service.
The challengesBecause of the family-oriented system infused with the work, more often, people lose sight of the true meaning of professionalism and teamwork. Self-serving interests come first rather than respect for your peers.
