    The challengesThe economy. Prices of commodities skyrocketed but the salary didn't increase that much to meet the new standards of living.

    The good thingsWorking at Supportware since 2018 I can say that I really loved it. Not like other company I didn't feel stressed with Supportware and the management are really hands-on and they are friendly they will even great you when you bump into each other.

    Triple A - Awesome Management, Awesome Job and Awesome Co-workers!
    The good thingsAn awesome company to work with, working with the management never feels like you're under them because they treat you like family. The job and tasks that are assigned to us do not take a toll on our mental health, plus not to mention we have a work-from-home setup, unlike any other accounts that I've handled. You'll also have colleagues that got your back whenever you need help.

    The challengesI have not experienced any challenges at all. They offered work from home and provided equipment. My managers trust and always support me. They are always there if I have questions or concerns.
