    The good thingsGOOD MANAGEMENT, GOOD SALARY, GOOD TEAM! I NEVER IMAGINED HAVING THESE KIND OF COMPANY ESPECIALLY THIS PANDEMIC! THIS COMPANY HELPS ME GROW AND IMPROVED!
    The challengesI don't think I have one right now. This company allowed us to work in our homes and gave us PCs that we could use.

    The good thingsRecruiters are very accommodating. Seamless process and commits to schedules.
    The challengesSince this is kind of a start up BPO, it is natural for it to be in the building stage. On-boarding is not structured but still meets employee's basic needs; processing of payroll, access set up, etc.
