    I must say that I'm doing good, so far.
    The good thingsThe Support Team is approachable and willing to listen to your concerns.
    The challengesThere are some concerns with the TLs, but I was under a good TL who is very approachable. It's hard to listen to negative comments on social media about the ongoing discussion about the contracts. We are hired as project based. This literally means that we are dependent on the project. Some people sadly cannot understand the contract they've signed and blame the company for it.

    The challengesAs a former employee they will reject you even if you had concern and regarding the final pay its not worth waiting for a month and weeks and now still waiting for nothing they did'nt release it yet.

    The good thingsThe good thing with this company I've never felt that your just a employee. This company makes you feel that you're part of the family.
    The challengesNothing at all. I just don't see it as a challenge. as long as you do the right flow. And FYI you're paid to do that stuff so why should you complain.
