Recognition, Incentives and travels 6. Learnings and Challenges 7. Learn valuable lessons from the rejections and challenges Negative: 1. Rejections and Discouragement 2. Social Judgment/others assume, we are only after the sales/commission 3. Unstable Income if not motivated 4.Too much pressure if I can't make a sale 5. Clients who suddenly stop making payments.
