    Not recommended. Find somewhere better.
The good thingsThe students. Some colleagues. The ready-made materials.
The challengesSalary is still below minimum. Leaders must address concerns with compassion, not instilling a blaming culture. Program heads should be fair, and considerate, also should have a corresponding Master's degree. Some of them there are power tripping. Work environment is very toxic, once you know that you are excelling, your co-teachers will not be happy.

50-50. A good and bad experience.
The good thingsThe workload is not heavy, as everything is prepared for you. From lessons, activities, and even presentations. They also accept fresh graduates without doubting their skills.
The challengesYou are not allowed to eat your lunch in your table. The pay slip is not received on time, and the extra load is not added on the salary sometimes. They also do not like it when you are absent during exam week.
