    Not recommended. Find somewhere better.
The good thingsThe students. Some colleagues. The ready-made materials.
The challengesSalary is still below minimum. Leaders must address concerns with compassion, not instilling a blaming culture. Program heads should be fair, and considerate, also should have a corresponding Master's degree. Some of them there are power tripping. Work environment is very toxic, once you know that you are excelling, your co-teachers will not be happy.

50-50. A good and bad experience.
The good thingsThe workload is not heavy, as everything is prepared for you. From lessons, activities, and even presentations. They also accept fresh graduates without doubting their skills.
The challengesYou are not allowed to eat your lunch in your table. The pay slip is not received on time, and the extra load is not added on the salary sometimes. They also do not like it when you are absent during exam week.

    It was a worthwhile experience.
The good thingsThe learnings, especially you will handle ALL the accounting transactions of the schools.
The challengesMaybe on the salary as the company is located in the province; hence, the local minimum wage on that area applies. In relation to the above, tasks are somehow not proportionate to the compensation. Hope they adjust the rate already since the country is experiencing high inflation.

    EXCEPTIONAL
The good thingsYou'll learn a lot of things in this company, it will help you grow and learn the different aspects of your job. You'll develop certain skills like, working under pressure. This will be your training ground, comfort zone and your future. I've learned that either you can make it or you're going to break. Management is great, the executives and even the president is very reachable and can be easily talk to.
The challengesThe real challenge is balancing work and life. You can either be passionate and work tirelessly or you become tired and compromise the quality of your reports. Salary is average because the job responsibilities of one for two.

Like working with your chosen family
The good thingsCareer opportunities are not limited in this institution as it does aspire you to go farther that what you dream of. I have worked with superiors who have helped me in a lot of ways and have not been rude if you are honest to them on asking for advice or how it was supposed to be done. They do not spoon feed you with the necessary knowledge you would need to make sure that the work is done, but they do give the guidance.
The challengesAs any other businesses, this institution is still a business. Sometimes, it is difficult to give great results as you have promised your superiors because there are unexpected challenges you might be encountering along the way.

Best Training Grounds for a Fresh Grad
The good thingsMore than anything, it's the supportive community that I value the most. My supervisors are keen on exposing me to the industry as well as how they can help me grow and develop more as a professional. They have given me the opportunity to try my hand in different things (aside from being solely a copywriter) and experience how to accomplish various tasks.
The challengesThe location is hard to get-by as it's somewhere in the middle of a place that's being heavily constructed. Additionally, the nature of the work (that we do in our field, anyway,) leaves a little to be desired for work/life balance but not entirely.

    Amazing work-life experience
The good thingsI've been to STI for a year now but for this short period of time, I enjoy a unique privilege that only the company has to offer. First, I enjoy my Christmas vacations longer with my family and friends. Second, I experience a company outing having a three days vacation on well known tourist spot. Imagine, having a company outing for three days! So cool
The challengesIn our company, we had this strict compliance towards company policies regarding school branding and behavior since the employees and all of its school personnel should project good example of a well behave character in front our students and parents.

    Test of patience and abilities
The good thingsThe company has a systematic process for every transaction, such as financial transaction, in human resources, training and development, and communications. Facility and equipment are provided by the organization, however one should take care of his/her assigned properties. One of the good things I have learned from the organization is the ability to improve myself and be the best.
The challengesThe company puts too much value on following the system; hence, it seems that a particular procedure is too divine and untouchable. With this, one may interpret that the \"process\" is important than the employee, as their suggestions and criticisms are not considered because such can change the traditional framework.
