    My experience
The good thingsGood working relationship with immediate head and colleagues.
The challengesAdditional support staff is needed so that heads can avoid multi tasking and focus more on high impact activities. The number of meetings must also be lessened as it counter productive. Some announcements could be coursed through office 365 or memos.

Not so great company to work for
The good thingsFriendly environment especially for the coaches. I never experienced late salary from this company.
The challengesDon’t expect salary increase from the rate they offer, ask a higher salary at the beginning because they don’t increase when you’re already an employee. They don’t give high salary, though. The new human resource management is unapproachable. Parking is terrible, unpaved. Food in the cafeteria is bad, they also have meatless day which is not for the appetite of all. Some classrooms are very small, and all teacher’s table in classrooms are hideous. Computers are outdated for an IT school. Faculty room doesn’t have any partition for the teachers.

The good thingsThey are fast with crediting salary. No late salary, very amiable HR department.
The challengesToo many unnecessary requirements to instructors
