    My experience
The good thingsGood working relationship with immediate head and colleagues.
The challengesAdditional support staff is needed so that heads can avoid multi tasking and focus more on high impact activities. The number of meetings must also be lessened as it counter productive. Some announcements could be coursed through office 365 or memos.

Not so great company to work for
The good thingsFriendly environment especially for the coaches. I never experienced late salary from this company.
The challengesDon’t expect salary increase from the rate they offer, ask a higher salary at the beginning because they don’t increase when you’re already an employee. They don’t give high salary, though. The new human resource management is unapproachable. Parking is terrible, unpaved. Food in the cafeteria is bad, they also have meatless day which is not for the appetite of all. Some classrooms are very small, and all teacher’s table in classrooms are hideous. Computers are outdated for an IT school. Faculty room doesn’t have any partition for the teachers.

It is a great experience working here, because of the different ambiance of the company that gives you a boost to make your job a happy place.
The good thingsThe company will support you in other things you want to explore aside from your daily work routine. The company share their profit to their employee every time they exceed to their target. The annual company outing that will allow you to travel around the Philippines. The company will help you in all government papers you need to process
The challengesThe challenges working for this company is the continuous challenge to grow yourself not only in technical aspect but also financial, spiritual and personal aspect of life. Sometimes you need to learn how to deal with different type of clients and how to give the best customer service you can give.
