A passion made to be more
The good thingsI've thoroughly enjoyed the community and the sense of belonging that my partners and customers have given me. The benefits and pay are ample if you aren't handling too many personal responsibilities.
The challengesThe challenges are difficult to pinpoint as a whole, as we are grouped into districts. For my district alone, I feel that they are too business-focused, which detracts from the experience as a partner. I don't think the coffee culture is fully embraced by the market, so it was hard to live our passion and put into action my passion as a coffee master.

I had fun working here!! REALLY <3
The good thingsWorking at Starbucks helped me develop leadership, communication, and customer service skills while enhancing my ability to manage time, adapt in a fast-paced environment, and work under pressure. I gained valuable experience in sales, product, knowledge, teamwork, problem-solving, and stress management. All of which prepared me for future challenges in various roles. One more thing, I love the free coffee and pastry everyday. It's one of the perks of being a barista.
The challengesThe challenges at Starbucks included managing high customer volume, maintaining service quality under pressure, coordinating a diverse team, training new baristas, resolving real-time issues and also managing stress while staying Professional.

    Fantastic and eye-opening
The good thingsI enjoyed working in Starbucks because of its culture and work ethic. Partners are very friendly and professional and will help you grow throughout your stay in the company. The work itself was very enjoyable and knowing that we're able to represent the brand was already amazing on itself. They care about their partners, their opinions and goes as far as treating you as family in a professional manner. I was lucky enough to experience this as a fresh graduate and I've learned so much from them.
The challengesFor the challenging part, I consider having almost to no complaints during my stay in the company except for one reason. Partners. I guess it is given that we're entitled to our own opinion and there's no such thing as a perfect job/company, but that's what made me feel 'challenged' at the time. Co-workers (in this case, partners) have different views and stories and experiences and you'll meet a lot of people that will either agree or disagree with you, and for sure that will affect your experience working for this company.
