Founded by Don Gregorio Andaman and his wife Doña Dominga Andaman, the Institution is their gift to the community and to their province mates in Cavite. SDCA invests not only on its faculty and employees but most significantly to the changes in these modern times to effectively deliver and form a more solid education framework. The institution is connecting to the world by bringing in demand international programs which are industry-focused and recognized globally. SDCA on its 8th year is continually advancing with its new programs to fill the needs of emerging generation.We are looking for people who are dedicated and can live with the standards set by the Institution.

    For people with unwavering dedication and will to teach students, if you want real challenge and outstanding experience, this is for you.
    The good thingsThe most enjoyable part of working here is being able to work with outstanding colleagues, coordinators, prefects, vice principal and, very admirable and amazing principal. The salary is also competitive enough as compared to nearby schools.
    The challengesThe school can improve on the manner of doing paper trailing, faster and more direct project approval and good communication among different departments.

    The good thingsSENIOR HIGH SCHOOL is the best department in ST. DOMINIC COLLEGE OF ASIA. You are treated fairly and like a family. I would never regret working with the people in Senior High school department. Learning is encouraged to all its members.
