    The good thingsSpringboard understands people, whether it's the people we work in the trenches or the people we find careers for. Quality is in our core principle in everything we do, in all departments - customer service, placement strategies, marketing pipeline, execution and constant innovation.
    The challengesExpansion was one of Springboard's weakest traits but it has been constantly improving - slowly but surely. A young team can also be a con to the tried and tested industry. Springboard is currently being run by a young management team; maybe hiring outside consultants to help their scalability at a better pace would be great.
