    I had a truly great experience working with Sourcefit. The company fosters a supportive and collaborative environment where employees are valued and encouraged to grow. My time there was both professionally fulfilling and personally enjoyable. The leadership is approachable, the culture is positive, and the opportunities to learn and improve are abundant. If given the chance, I would gladly work with Sourcefit again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a rewarding workplace.

    A very fold fashioned culture company - All processes are manual.
    The good thingsWork from home set up, high salary
    The challengesThe company is very old-school. The systems are old and the processes are very manual. The company does not seem global due to strict implementations like time in and time out, manual input of leaves/approvals, tedious process of filing SL and VLs due to many approvals and terms. Shows that the company does not trust its employees that they have to implement such strict measures.
