Lack of mutual respect, poor collaboration, frequent gossip, low compensation, and heavy workloads.
    The good thingsSM’s strong reputation.
The challengesThere is a lack of mutual respect among employees. Instead of collaborating, individuals tend to place blame on one another, which contributes to a negative work environment. Gossip is common, salaries are below expectations, and workloads are excessive.

Traumatic experience with this company because of the hostile management
The good thingsLots of opportunities for learning. People you work with that is in the same level as you are those who you can actually consider as friends even after leaving the company. flexible time (branches), grace periods, free parking, 13th & 14th month, e-card, affiliate discounts.
The challengesPalakasan & blame gaming is number 1 in this company - employees who are in connection with this hostile Management are those who are surely to have growth (male employees often felt unwelcomed hehe), low salary increase except for those who are close ties with the bosses, overbearing of work.

The working environment being handled by managers are toxic that causes emotional and psychological stress.

Too long office hours and unfair promotion to employees
The good thingsYou will enjoy the company of your colleagues
The challengesLong working hours You will only get promoted if your boss wants you. Promotion is not based on the performance in the company but based on the discretion of your bosses and the people around you

    Best training ground
The good thingsThe experience is the best treasure since the knowledge that it will impart cannot be taken back and away. If you manage to handle the pressure and tension work brings in this company you can manage everything. Here is where everything is at its \"Mount Everest\" height/level, everything else is just a mole hill. But the job is the only highest part, the salary is not. it is best for entry level and fresh graduate but more than that is a little disappointing.
The challengesToo stressful and pressure mounts really high. The company is micro managed. there are no enough people for the size of the responsibility.

    It's a learning experience
The good thingsYou get to learn many things with regards to the in and out of the business.
The challengesThe company may require the employees to work beyond working hours and beyond their job description.
