    Stepping stone to career advancement
    The good thingsThe company has implemented strict compliance with regards to company rules and regulations, which eventually help me to become a better professional. Their systems and policies are well established and are really a great help in your career advancement. For the compensation and benefits, the company had provided reasonable and just remuneration.
    The challengesThe most challenging part I experienced in SM was timely compliance/submission of report. Since they implement strict compliance with the deadlines. However, this taught me to manage my time properly.
