    The good thingsThe culture is very supportive, it provides professional development for career advancement and open communication and transparency is practiced at all levels. Remote set-up enables us to achieve work-life balance and the engagement activities allows everyone to connect with their teams and still drive results.
    The challengesAs the team is growing, the challenge is to know everyone. Good thing the company provides different channels where employees can get to know each other on a personal level and build friendships.

    The good things- Culture - Work-Life balance - Flexible work schedule - Permanent WFH setup - Lots of quirky team activities (with awesome prizes and freebies) - Salesforce certification program - Work in Abroad program Would also like to highlight how generous and compassionate Simplus is to their employees especially during this pandemic. We were given an additional 15 medical leaves on top of our annual leaves which we can use if we tested positive for covid-19, or if we need to be hospitalized due to an illness so that we won't exhaust our sick leaves. We can really say how the management and Simplus leaders are very supportive and caring to their employees.
