The good thingsGood things, we have the best office in the Philippines. Gyms, PS5, Switch, karaoke room, cheap canteens yet posh, so many free foods during RTO.
The challengesJob description during hiring is inflated vs. your actual work in office. They often hire top guns from top universities, but they often end up leaving after a year or 2 because the actual job is not challenging and they will sandbox you. Managers and leads are often gaslighting. This company is good for retiring engineers, but not for young, bold and ambitious engineers who want to grow their careers
