    The good thingsA great place to start your career. They provide thorough training and offer a competitive starting salary for fresh graduates.
    The challengesIt might be challenging if you don't have experience with embedded systems or C programming, as many of the concepts will be new to you.

    With the help of company, I gained, gaining and will still gain many skills, knowledges and experiences, pesonally and professionally.
    The good thingsSince my initial and final interview, I am very amazed of how welcoming and approachable the people in the company was. Upon my one month of training, the work enviroment felt like home becuase the employees, as well as the HR and supervisors are very kind, helpful and understanding that I lack of experience the reason why they always tell me to ask for anything to them if I need help. The workmates are all friendly, helping each other when there are things or anything that is being questioned about. Also, the facilities were always clean. Everyone practice respect with each other.
    The challengesThe pressure I am feeling before being assigned to a project was the challege I am facing because I am nervous of how things will turned out since I don't have any idea of how it works, but I believe I can make everthing with the support and help of my workmates.

    The good thingsA great place to start for those who seek embedded software engineering and network engineering careers. Yes, also network engineering as the company is one of the leading manufacturers of broadband and wireless networking equipment. Under the graduate program, I was able to learn a lot of things that were not taught in academe. They also gave me an opportunity to be in this role even though I had less background in this field. Moreover, you will meet many amazing people in this company as they accept high-performing individuals with a continuous learning mentality. If you want to be around those people, you are a great fit here.
    The challengesThe language barrier could be a challenge as all of the team leaders are from overseas with different accents.

    Working here as a Software Engineer / Software Product Assurance Engineer at Sercomm Philippines is so Amazing and Fun !
    The good things1. There's lot of things to learn here e.g. Networking , Automation , Programming and etc. 2. They also give a business travel to other countries to their employees. 3. The Team leaders and Bosses are very kind and considerate. 4. The salary is competitive.
    The challengesThe only thing I found difficult for me as of now is the Parking. They don't have yet enough parking for employees. But luckily there's lot of pay parking near the place.

    Great opportunity for fresh graduates who seek a friendly environment.
    The good things-The employees are friendly and helpful. -There is no sense of hierarchy in the department since they prefer not to use titles like Ms., Mr., or Mrs. when addressing each other. -You can learn new skills during training sessions especially related to networking. -They are open to hearing your concerns.
    The challengesOne of the challenges is the language barrier between teams in Taiwan. Sometimes, there's miscommunication. The benefits are limited, especially if you're a new hire. You can only get paid leave if you've been in your position for at least one year.

    The challengesDifficulties experienced here in the company can be overcome through an openness to learning and a drive to pursue your goals. Personally, however, major difficulty experienced was the time allotted for travelling to the site as the work requires to be done on-site.

    The good thingsPros: Sercomm's hiring process is excellent, making you feel important from beginning to end. Their training is really detailed, teaching you everything from the company's atmosphere to your specific job tasks. And the people are really friendly, so you'll feel comfortable right from the start.
    The challengesCons: Taking time off might be tricky because you have limited vacation and sick days. Plus, there are no bonuses or the option to work from home occasionally, which can make it challenging to juggle work and personal life. It's important to note that your sick and vacation leave won't kick in until you've been with the company for a year. So, if you're new hire employee, any time off you take for sickness or vacation won't be paid.

    The good thingsThe hiring process at Sercomm, from screening to onboarding, was truly excellent and professional. One of the standout features of Sercomm is its training program. The content of the seminar was incredibly comprehensive, covering everything from company culture and values to the specifics of my role and responsibilities. As for the work environment, the majority of employees here are welcoming and friendly, ensuring you feel like you belong to the company from day one.
    The challengesI think the only issue arises when you're not living near the office, as they don't offer hybrid work options, and the rent is quite expensive here.

    This company is a fun, global workplace that’s great for learning at your own pace, offers lots of growth opportunities including overseas training, hires fresh grads making it a young and vibrant place, but requires full onsite work due to direct connectivity from the Taiwan HQ.
    The good thingsThe company is really cool for learning new skills. The bosses and team leaders are easy to talk to. There are loads of chances to grow, and because it’s a global company, you even get to go abroad for training depending on the project. The best part about learning in the company is that they don’t rush you. You get the time you need to learn and get good at your projects you get assigned to. The company hires Fresh Grads or at least less than 1 year of experience, so everyone is mostly young and fun to work with.
    The challengesThe only challenge so far is that the company is a fully onsite work, because the network environment that we use for our projects is in the office and our connectivity is directly from HQ in taiwan.
