    A great workplace for all fresh graduates, if you prefer a challenging but full of learnings and maturity, this is the place for you.
    The good thingsThey offer trainings and adjustment period for you to cope up with your workload as a fresh graduate. A great opportunity, if it is your first company since you will face and learn every thing in a slow-paced environment. If you are a talented and hardworking employee, they will recognize your potential and acknowledge your contribution.
    The challenges1. If you're in the production, you will have a work schedule of 6am-6pm. If office, 8am-6:30pm. 2. The salary increase is not fast. 3. Your co-workers have different personality as you.
