    TOXIC. DRAINING. EXHAUSTING.
The good things-Spacious office -Free brewed coffee, beer, snacks
The challenges-Exhausting and often toxic work environment -Lack of structured and progressive training for the sales team. Management expects employees to perform at a high level immediately, without providing proper development from basic to advanced skills. -Unhealthy dynamics between colleagues, chief estimator, and executives -Insecurity-cultured working place -Some systems may work, but the overall experience heavily depends on who you are working with.
