    Doesn't Respond to Email and does not bother to answer call, terrible Gov. Agency
    The good thingsThere is still padrino system exist. Applicants should have a principal to backed up their application. Staff are not accomodating in Pagbilao office.
    The challengesImprove recruitment, Stop padrino system which is very rampant on this school division.
