    Overall the experience was great. My previous manager was amazing, current one is quite bad, but that's just to be expected, some are good some are bad at what they do. There will always be pros and cons.
    The good thingsPay is good, a lot of opportunities to transfer and grow internally within the company.
    The challengesManagement, too lax or too micro. Never in the middle. On extreme sides of the spectrum which are both bad.

    Schneider Electric is a good company, just make sure you're on the right department.
    The good thingsFree shuttle service. Canteen. Free Parking. Free use of Gym Facilities. COOP. Retirement Plan.
    The challengesManagement does not listen to employee's concerns, only the higher-up's concerns. High standard yet low appreciation to the effort that you do. Too much politics and gossip is uncontrollable within the employees that demotivate others from work. As of 2023, Tenureship = 3rd party agencies then Probationary then Regular. QA Audits for New Hire (80% passing - 3 audits/week), Regular (90% passing - 4 audits/month).

    The values in Schneider Electric is the best in my opinion
    The good thingsThe culture of trust in Schneider Electric is the crowning glory of the company, bringing the best in their employees.
    The challengesThe value of inclusion is great, if a person really wants to get included. However, there is an expectation that everyone should be included in activities. Even though one normally a person wouldn't want to be a part of a certain activity, not participating would cause a person to be lightly called out for not doing so, which is a cause of discomfort in this particular context.

    Good Benefits - (9 working hrs)
    The good thingsThis company have good benefits. Work opportunities are available however if you are from outside, haggle for the best offer because you will not get much salary increase when you are there.
    The challengesWorkload usually 150% the capacity per person so you have to strategized how you handle your time and find ways to be fast on delivering output.

    The good thingsHigh pay for a fresh grad. High cash benefits. Weekends off.
    The challengesNo work-life balance. Extremely stressful environment. Management does not listen to employee's concerns, only the higher-up's concerns. Manipulation of data by fellow colleagues to improve their metrics and management turns a blind eye as long as they get good results (doesn't matter how they get it). No opportunity to grow. No pension.
